Mental Health Program Manager
Christopher Peavey, PsyD
PsychotherapistOver Christopher’s career, he has done therapy work in several different settings. Consequently, he likes to take on a bit of everything and make people feel comfortable talking about whatever kinds of problems they might have, including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
Christopher tends to use cognitive behavioral therapy in his sessions. This approach helps to make changes to a person's thoughts by looking at how realistic they are. By altering our thoughts, we change our behavior, becoming more mindful and intentional about what we do and getting what we want.
