Event Schedule

2:00 p.m.:  Doors open for you to enjoy fun activities, interactive booths for guests of all ages, and unlimited food and drinks. Activities include a photo booth, lawn games, crafts, tattoo artists, and more!   

4:00 p.m.:  Listen to a short program by our co-chairs. 

4:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Get ready to immerse yourself in the lively sounds of Ozomatli.

Parking: There are surface parking lots at the venue and street parking on surrounding streets. If your sponsorship included valet parking, you will receive a text message at 10:00 a.m. on August 27 with directions. 

Light Rail: The venue is a few blocks from the Light Rail Station at 38th and Blake. View the A Line schedule. 

Don’t Forget!

You can help JFS Clean Up when you stock the shelves of the JFS Weinberg Food Pantry and our Mobile Pantry with hygiene products, soap, and shampoo. Please bring an item (or more!) from our list and drop items off at our Mobile Pantry before you enter Mission Ballroom.
